Ingredients
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) liquid honey
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) soy sauce
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) freshly grated gingerroot
- 4 basa fillets (about 200 g each)
- To taste, salt and pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Combine honey, soy sauce and ginger in bowl. Reserve.
Arrange fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and season to taste.
Brush reserved sauce onto fillets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle fish fillets with green onions just before serving.
Serve steamed broccoli and rice with the fish.
Suggestion for substitution:
This recipe can also be made with wolffish or sole.
