Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 5 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
  • Three 14 oz. cans Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Nature's Seasons
  • Wondra Sifted Shaker Flour

Step 1

Add the olive oil to a large skillet and heat the skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add Nature's Seasons to both sides of the chicken. In a separate large skillet, cook the bacon. Add the chicken to the olive oil and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Add the shiitake mushrooms to the bacon and cover. Cook the mushrooms over MEDIUM heat for 5 - 7 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Add the chicken broth to the mushroom mixture and thicken the sauce with the sifted flour. Serve the chicken with gravy over rice or potatoes.
