Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 5 tblspn powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup oleo
- Topping:
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tblspn lemon juice
- 2 cup chopped rhubarb

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Blend and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Topping:
Spoon over baked crust and bake 35 minutes longer--or longer.
