  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 tblspn powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup oleo
  • Topping:
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tblspn lemon juice
  • 2 cup chopped rhubarb

Step 1

Crust:
Blend and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Topping:
Spoon over baked crust and bake 35 minutes longer--or longer.
