Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 green onions(green and white part)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- flour for dusting
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- favorite dipping sauce

Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients except for the flour and peanut oil
shape into patties
dust with flour
heat oil in large skillet over med heat
when hot, place cakes, in batches
fry 4-5 min each side
serve with preferred sauce
