- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, thinly slicked
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup whipping cream

Step 1
1. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with 3/4 tsp paprika, then salt & pepper.
2. Melt 1 tbsp butter in medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer chicken to plate.
5. Add remaining 1/2 tbsp butter and onion to skillet.
6. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 5 minutes.
7. Mix in 3/4 tsp paprika, then wine and cream.
8. Boil until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
9. Return chicken and any juices to skillet, simmer to rewarm, about 1 minute.
10. Season with salt & pepper and serve.
