Ingredients
- 2 Pkg. Fordhook Lima Beans (10 Oz., frozen)
- 6 Slices Bacon, fried crisp
- 1/3 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Can Tomatoes, diced (18 Oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Heat celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and flour in bacon fat stiring until soft and creamy. Place all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
