Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Margarine
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Hot Milk (microwave 4 minutes)
  • 1/8 t. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 t. Red Pepper
  • 4 oz. Velveeta (cubed)
  • 4 oz. Elbow Macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until flour until smooth. Stir in milk all at once and continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook at a boil for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Add worcestershire sauce, pepper and velveeta. Stir until melted. Mix in macaroni.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Let set up for 10 minutes.
