Ingredients
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter/margarine (softened)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease/flour bread pan or spray with Pam.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Beat: pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, beat until blended.
Add flour mixture, beat just until smooth. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into pan, bake 5-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 mins. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Before serving, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, if desired.
