Ingredients
- 16 oz. fusilli or other cork screw pasta
- 2 (24oz) Vodka Sauce Emeril
- 10 oz. pkg. perdue italian chicken cut up
- 2 c. shredded mozzerella
- 3 Tbs. basil chopped
- 4 Tbs. parmesan
- 1/2 c. ricotta

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package, drain. Combine pasta, vodka sauce, chicken & 1 c. mozzerella, basil, 2 Tbs. parmesan. Spread half mixture on bottom of glass dish. Dollop ricotta on top. Top w/remaining ingrediants. Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella & parmesan. Microwave on high 5-10 minutes to warmed through.
