Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, softened
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded feta cheese
- 3 tbsp (40 mL) chopped ripe olives
- Dash freshly ground pepper
- 18 - 20 baguette slices, 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, cheese, olives and pepper. Spread butter mixture evenly over one side of each baguette slice. Place slices, butter side up, on a grill topper. Grill, with lid down, over low heat on natural gas barbecue for 3 - 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
