Ingredients

  • 1 can (10-1/2oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup (4oz) shredded process american or cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen hash browns potato
  • 2 tblspn finely chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tblspn butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tspn minced parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper- mix. Pour into shallow 2 quart casserole, dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle remaining cheese and parsley over top.
Center casserole on cooking grill, cover kettle, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
