Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Wild Rice
- 1 pint Half & Half
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 2 soup cans of chicken broth or water

Cooking time 8mins
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, celery, carrots, bacon and ham.
Put in Slow Cooker: soups, mushrooms & chicken broth.
Add rice and sauteed mixture to slow cooker and put on low for 6-8 hours.
One-half hour before serving, stir in the pint of Half & Half.
Croutons may be added for garnish.
