    chicken thighs

  • 1/2 cup 1/2

    cup flour

  • 1 tsp. 1

    tsp. paprika

  • 1/2 tsp. 1/2

    tsp. onion powder

  • 1 cup 1

    cup buttermilk

  • vegetable/canola oil

Directions

Soak chicken in buttermilk for 4-6 hours or overnight in fridge. Combine spices and flour. Shake majority of buttermilk from chicken. Coat chicken in flour mixture, dip in buttermilk, repeat. Pour vegetable oil into cast iron fry pan to a depth of 1/4 inch and heat until chicken sizzles when placed in the pan. Fry at medium heat until done. Drain on paper towels and serve.
