Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3 can minced clams with broth
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- parmesan cheese
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
In a large fry pan, melt butter. Saute garlic, pepper, and onion until soft. Add oregano, parsley, basil and cayenne. Add bread crumbs, clams with broth, cheddar cheese, and lemon juice. Mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve with stone ground crackers.
