Ingredients
- 1 dozen tortillas, cut fine
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth from chicken
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green Chilies
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 ½ t. chili powder
- 1 t. green Panola sauce
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 ½ cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1
For sauce, combine soups, broth, tomatoes and seasonings. In a 2 qt greased casserole, layer ½ the tortillas, ½ the chicken, ½ the sauce and ½ the onion & cheese. Repeat the layers with cheese on top. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6.
