Ingredients
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c reduced fat sour cream
- 4 (8inch) flour tortilla
- 3/4 c (3oz) Shreddded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup thinly sliced peeled firm ripe peaches
- 4 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Combine honey and lime juice. Add sour crean and chill until ready to serve. Place tortillas on work surface and spread the cheese, chicken, peaches and 1 tsp cilantro on half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half. Coat pan with cooking spray and cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Cut into wedges. Serve with sauce.
