Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheeses (5 blend)
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese with th cream cheese, peppers, oregano, and garlic salt until well blended. Shape mixture into 4 logs. Place 1 log on one of th short end of each chicken breast; press into chicken lightly. Roll up each chicken breast tightly, tucking in ends of chicken around the filling to completely enclose the filling.
Place seam side down in a greased baking dish. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicen is cooked through (170 degrees). Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake and additional 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
