- Slices of Black Forest Ham
- 4 Slices of Italian Bread
- Margarine
- Dijon mustard
- 4 Slices of Swiss Cheese
- Slices of red onion

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the panini press.
Butter the bread slices.
Put the buttered side together.
Smear the top side of the bread w/ Dijon mustard
Place a Swiss cheese slice on top
Put slices of red onion on top
Pile the ham on.
Put one half of the sandwich on the panini press.
Top w/ another slice of Swiss cheese.
Top w/ rest of bread, butter side out.
Put down the lid of the panini press.
Grill until crispy!
