Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, washed and chopped into florets
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss florets with oil and salt. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake 30 mins, stirring halfway through. Stir tahini with water, juice and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over the roasted cauliflower, and sprinkle with parsley.
