Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- sprinkle with garlic salt,
- cover with barbecue sauce,
- wrap individually in foil,
- bake at 325o for one hour,
- chill in foil (1-2 hours),
- unwrap, slice into strips.
- 1 head lettuce
- slice into thin strips
- 4-5 oz. almonds
- toast in oven, on cookie sheet
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 small can chow mein noodles
- Lightly toss all ingredients with dressing (below). Be careful not to add chow mein noodles too long before serving or they become soggy.

2 t. salt
½ t. white pepper
½ cup red wine vinegar
