Ingredients

  • 1 package (2-3lbs) Louis Rich fresh turkey drumsticks
  • 1 jar (15-1/2oz) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 4 servings spiral macaroni, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse turkey and pat dry. Place drumsticks in large skillet or Dutch oven. Add spaghetti sauce, wine, green peppers and onion. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 2hrs. Remove meat from bone. Cook sauce 10 minutes over medium heat to reduce and thicken. Add turkey; heat through. Place macaroni on platter. Top with turkey and sauce.
