  • 1 pound package Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 packs 8oz each Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325
Process 30 cookies in food processor until finely ground. Add butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl to well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each until blended; pour half the batter over crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter pour over the other batter. Chop remaining cookies sprinkle over the batter.
Bake 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool Completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
