Ingredients

  • 1 # Bacon
  • 1 1/2 Each Yellow onion
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley
  • 2 # Diced red potato
  • 2 Cup Grated carrot
  • 1 to 2 Each Abalone
  • 1 1/2 (1qt 14oz can) Clam juice
  • 1/2 Can Creamed corn
  • 1 Dash Tabasco
  • 5 Each Whole bay leaf
  • 1 Pint Heavy cream
  • 1 Pint Half n' half
  • T.T Salt and white pepper
  • As needed Corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/2 clam juice, half n' half, and cream. Bring to a boil and add corn starch to thicken.

*******************Base********************
Brown bacon with bay leaf, then add onion and let caramelize. Add abalone cook about a minute then add potato, 1/2 can creamed corn, 1/2 your clam juice and let simmer till potatoes are done. Combine with your sauce, then add parsley and carrots. S&P to taste.
