Monster Cookies

This was my Mom's favorite kind of cookie - next to her wonderfully soft sugar cookies.

Ingredients

• 2 sticks oleo
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 lb. chocolate chips
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 6 eggs
• 9 cups oatmeal
• 8 oz. M & M’s candy

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream together the oleo, brown sugar, sugar, and eggs; Add the peanut butter, oatmeal, and baking soda and mix to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips and M & M’s candy. Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
