Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 3 medium/large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3-4 T water

Preparation
Step 1
In pot, cover veges with cold water and boil for 20 minutes until very tender. Drain and process in food processor with 2 T water until very smooth. If necessary, use another T of water, but the less water, the better.
Makes 2 cups puree. Store in refrigerator for 3 days or in freezer in 1/4 cup portions.
