Ingredients

  • 1 # large “hunk” of bologna
  • ¾# sharp American cheese
  • ¼ cup prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp minced sweet pickles
  • Hot dog buns

Preparation

Step 1

Grind meat, cheese, onion, pickle. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cut Coney (wiener) buns in half. Spread with butter, then bologna filling. Wrap each bun in foil. Heat in slow oven (325 degrees) 25 minutes or so.
