Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sized bowl, add the milk, onion soup mix, and Cream of Chicken soup. Mix together until the mixture is smooth and there are no more lumps from the soup or onion soup mix. Spray the bottom of a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Add the uncooked rice to the bottom of the dish. Carefully add the water, *making sure that the water covers all of the rice*. Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken pieces and the rice. Bake the dish at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 75 - 90 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked all the way through with no pink in the center. Serve the chicken with the rice and gravy.
