Ingredients

  • 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. Beef Round Steak, cut into 3" x 3" squares
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Nature's Seasons
  • 4 - 5 medium to large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 24 mini carrots
  • 14 1/2 oz. can Diced Tomatoes OR Stewed Tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
  • Vegetable Oil

Step 1

To a large skillet, add 1/2" to 1" of vegetable oil and heat on MEDIUM-HIGH heat. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the flour, Nature's Seasons, salt, and pepper and mix together. Coat each steak square with the flour mixture and cook the steak in the skillet until each side is browned. Place the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the Crock pot. Next, place the steak on top of the vegetables. Pour the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato soup over the steak. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 - 6 hours OR on LOW for 10 - 12 hours.
