Cake-like Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 c. flour
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. soda
• 2 T. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder, salt, and soda with a fork as you would pie dough. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes. Better if cookie is cut approximately 1/4-inch thick.
