Ingredients
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 About 1/3 cup vegetable broth

Preparation
Step 1
Drain tofu and crumble into a large bowl.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add bell pepper, onion and tamari. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat until onions begin to turn translucent.
Add tofu, Italian seasoning, cumin and salt and pepper. Pour broth over all and heat through.
