  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 7 tbsp. (tbs) Van Houten's Cocoa
  • 2 eggs few grains salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nut meats
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together. Add cocoa and cream well. Add beaten eggs, then flour and salt, nuts and vanilla. Bake in greased pan in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut in squares.
