  • 5 veal top loin chops
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Butter
  • 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and crushed
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 chicken bouillon envelope
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbs. parsley

Step 1

Coat the chops with flour. Over medium heat melt the butter; cook the chops until browned and remove, adding butter as needed. Stir in the tomatoes, water, bouillon, basil, and sugar. Scrape to loosen the brown bits. Return the chips to the skillet and boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan and simmer and additional 15 minutes.
