Ingredients
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery (stalks and leaves)
- 1 cup butter (or margarine)
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 4 cups corn bread (suggest crumbling corn muffins)
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage (Sage)
- dry/fresh herbs to taste (can use sage leaves, thyme,
- rosemary, pepper)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and crumble sausage, and drain fat (you can
leave some fat) and set aside.
In same skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in
butter until onion is tender. Stir in 1/3 of your
bread crumbs and 1/3 of your cornbread.
Turn into a deep bowl. Add all remaining
ingredients and toss.
You can stuff into a turkey before roasting or place in a baking pan and warm at 350F
until warm/hot.
