Ingredients
- 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. Jennie-O Lean Turkey Breasts
- 1/8 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp sage
- 1 Tbsp tarragon
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the butter, sage, tarragon, garlic, salt, and pepper; Mix together to create a compound butter. Rub the butter over the turkey breasts, *after* placing the turkey breasts in the Crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours OR on HIGH for 4 - 5 hours. Remove the turkey breasts from the Crock pot. Use the remaining juices from the bottom of the Crock pot to make a gravy (using the cornstarch to thicken the juices). Slice the turkey breasts and serve with the gravy.
