  • 1 red onion
  • 2 pints cherry or santalina tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (or bottled peppers)
  • 1 chili pepper, diced (or use frozen cubes, one only)
  • bunch green onions diced
  • half red pepper
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 "shakes" of cumin powder
  • 2-3 tbs lime juice


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins


Step 1

Place red onion, green onion, jalapeno, chili pepper, garlic, green and red pepper in food chopper/processor. Pulse until diced finely.
Add dash of salt and pepper, lime juice, and cumin powder.
Add 1 pint of tomatoes and pulse until processed. Then add 2nd pint and pulse 2-3 times only (last pint diced coarsely).
Best if left overnight to mix flavors.
Serve with taco chips.
