Crab-stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. very large fresh mushrooms
- 3 tab. butter or margaine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tab. dry sherry
- 1/2 teas. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teas. ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 to 3 tab. grated Pamresan cheese
- 8 oz. fresh lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tab. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Remove and chop mushroom stems;set mushroom caps aside.
Melt 3 tab. butter in a large skillet. Add chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic; saute' 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in breadcrumbs and next 7 ingredients until well blended; gently stir in crabmeat.
Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly into mushroom caps, and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 20minutes.
