Ingredients
- 1 LB pizza dough
- 3 TBS melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- fresh ground black pepper
- 8 oz sargento mexican cheese
- grated parmesian
- 1 LB crumbled bacon

Step 1
Pre- heat oven at 500 for 20 minutes
Stretch dough and place on pizza stone. Brush with melted butter, Spread beaten egg over dough. Sprinkle with black pepper. Top with cheese and bacon. Turn oven to 450 and bake apx. 20-30 minutes. Dough should be golden brown on bottom.
