Ingredients
- 15 oz. can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix!)
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 package Betty Crocker Super Moist White Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups pecans OR walnuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup butter OR margarine, melted

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13” x 9” x 2” rectangular pan. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, and Pumpkin Pie Spice until the pumpkin mixture is smooth; Pour into the greased pan. Sprinkle the dry White Cake Mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture; Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Pour the melted butter over top of the dessert. Bake, uncovered, for 50 – 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
