TAMALE PIE DIP

In a food processor mix 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, 1 c shredded Mescian style cheese, 1 8oz can creamed corn, 1 8oz can diced tomatoes, 1/2 c sour cream, 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 tsp chili powder. Blend until smooth. Then hand mix in 2 c diced cooked chicken. Pour in a 9 in quiche diesh or deep dish pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Then top with one cup of Mexican style shredded cheese and one tbsp olive oil. Bake at 325 oven for 45 minutes. WE TRIED THIS 12/2010 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. WOULD BE GOOD FOR A PARTY. WAY TOO MUCH FOR US.
