  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp grated orange peel
  • 6 thin slices deli ham or smoked turkey breast
  • 24 club crackers


Servings 12


Step 1

Mix cream cheese, cranberries, and orange peel. Spread mixture over ham or turkey slices. Roll up lengthwise and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove plastic wrap and cut into 8 slices. Place on top of club crackers. May garnish with parsley or basil if desired.
