Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 to 1 cup walnuts chopped
- Cake:
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. pumpkin filling
- 1/8 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. ginger/nutmeg
- 1 p. sour cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- almonds

Step 1
*Crust*
Melt butter - add crumbs, nuts, and sugar - press into bottom of the spring form pan (pam the pan first)
*Cake*
1. cream the cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar until well blended
2. add pumpkin, spices and salt
3. add eggs - one at a time beat well after each
4. put into a 350 oven for 50 minutes
5. take out the cake and increase the temp to 400 and put on sour cream mix and cook 8 minutes
*Sour Cream Mixture*
1. mix the sour cream and 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla
when ready to serve add a layer of whipped cream and almonds
