Ingredients
- •3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- •3 tablespoons crumbled American blue cheese (such as Maytag), room temperature
- •1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
- •1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- •1 1/2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Using fork, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before using.
