Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 ( 8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp. minced onion
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1Tbsp. green pepper
• 1Tbsp. pimento
• Finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except the nuts. Shape into a ball and chill. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
Serve with crackers.
