Ingredients

  • 1 lb mild Italian sausage, bulk
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 3 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1 c chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 lb fettuccine, cooked and hot
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and remove and drain. Saute mushrooms, garlic, peppers, onion, parsley and seasonings in oil olive and butter until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sausage and toss with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese
