Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) butter OR margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz. pkg) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy; Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating the dough well; Stir in the peanut butter chips. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto an UNgreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 8 - 9 minutes. *Do NOT overbake the cookies!* The cookies will rise when baking and flatten when they cool. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
