Ingredients
- 1 lb seeded watermelon
- 1 Tbs. maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry or White Wine
- 1-2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup Salted Pistachio's

Step 1
Cut or ball watermelon into bite size pieces
Wisk together:
maple syrup, sherry and basil
Pour over watermelon, serve melon mixture over Arugula and top with chopped Pistachio's. Serve immediately.
