Ingredients
- Tangerine Chicken
- This is also wonderful with scallops instead of the chicken. If using scallops, cut them into quarters.

- Sauce
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 T dry sherry
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp Chinese Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Splenda
- 1 T grated orange or tangerine zest
- ½ T salt
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced.
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 large red pepper, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 1 white and green parts cut into 1 inch lengths
- 1 2 cornstarch mixed with 2 T water
- 3 T peanut oil
