Ingredients
- A True Eggnog

- 4 egg yolks
- 4 TBS Truvia
- 1 pint almond milk
- 3 ounces bourbon (optional)
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 egg whites*
- 4 a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg whites into the chilled mixture. Makes 4 servings.
