Ingredients

  • 2 C Regular Plain Yogurt

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped

  • ½ Tsp salt

  • 1 English Cucumber finely diced

  • 1 Tsp virgin oil

  • Chopped Dill (Optional)

Directions

Whip all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until they are well mixed and creamy. Serve with crudites or plain. It goes very well with Fried Zucchini or Eggplant
